Dear Sirs / Madam,
R.E. Raylene Williams
I was employed as the chief accountant at KSB Pumps SA (Pty) Ltd in 2002 where I was introduced to Raylene who was employed as a Creditors Clerk / buyer for the Finance Department.
KSB is a German company with one hundred and sixty four affiliates worldwide. They have thirteen factories and the South African operation is one of these factories. Raylene was one of five Creditors Clerks and the only buyer in Finance, which gives you an idea of the trust, and esteem in which she was held.
She is a responsible, hardworking and ethical person who is passionate about what she believes and what she works at. A person who always strives to give of her best and more importantly of her time and person to a cause in which she believes. Raylene is self- confident and always speaks her mind even when others consider it to be foolhardy or career limiting. She is an open-minded person who shares her life experiences without compromise, both good and bad in the expectation that others will avoid her mistakes and learn from her successes.
I know Raylene for the past twelve years and during the past six years I have watched her leave two companies to pursue careers which she felt passionate about, achieving both good and bad results but never regretting her decisions and always being positive about the lessons learnt.
Raylene reported to me for four years and she always enjoyed her colleagues almost just as much as they love her colourful and life enriching presence.
Raylene will always be an asset to any organisation or project she joins.
